Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and identifying business growth opportunities. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data trends, evaluating business performance, and developing strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for building customer relationships, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing and supply chain processes is a plus.
