About the Role
If you’ve worked in a digital/advertising agency, understand the game of Digital Media (Websites, Social Media, Performance, Branding, Content, ORM etc) and know how to turn conversations into contracts then this role is for you.
We’re looking for a closer. A hunter. A revenue driver.
What You’ll Own (No Hand-Holding Here)
- Hunt new business – cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals — whatever it takes
- Close deals end-to-end – from first pitch to signed contract
- Sell digital like a pro – Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Branding, Content
- Understand client pain points and convert them into revenue opportunities
- Build relationships that bring repeat business & upsells
- Own your pipeline & numbers – targets are non-negotiable
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery matches the pitch
What You Must Bring
- 2–3 years in a digital marketing / advertising agency (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven ability to generate leads & close deals
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn + digital marketing ecosystem
- Confidence to pitch, negotiate, and handle rejection like a pro
- Hunger to earn incentives, not just salary
