We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist (IT & Digital Marketing)
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist who can own the complete sales
cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Details
• Location: Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, India
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – half day)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: As per experience
What You’ll Do
• Identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and
partnerships
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions across Web Development,
App Development, and Digital Marketing
• Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals
• Manage post-sales communication, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain and track the sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics
• Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo for lead generation and prospecting
• Work on bid management with the team, including proposal submissions for
government and large-scale projects
• Assist with government tenders, documentation, and end-to-end coordination
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of web, app, and digital marketing services
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo
• Experience in bid management and government project processes (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
