Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with a strong understanding of
IT and Digital Marketing services, particularly in Web & App Development and Digital
Marketing. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting
and outreach to deal closure and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, target, and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and close deals for Web, App, and Digital Marketing projects.
- Maintain consistent post-sales contact to ensure client satisfaction and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Own and optimize the sales pipeline, track conversions, and analyze key metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency experience in full-cycle sales for Digital Marketing and IT agencies.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Government Experience Preferred
