Business Development Executive (BDE) Sales

In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and help them choose the right solutions. What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails to drive sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Follow up with leads and ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.
- Meet individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and updates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales/telesales or revenue-driven sales roles can apply.
- Sales Skills: Interest in sales, lead generation, customer interaction, and target-based roles.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work Ethic: Target-oriented mindset with strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Good to Have
- Internship or prior experience in sales/telesales/customer support.
- Exposure to startup or high-growth work cultures.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Experience handling customer objections and negotiations.
