About the Role
Talentiva Workforce is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients in the US Staffing market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales outreach platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
