Responsibilities
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships while driving business growth through lead generation and market research.
- Developing and executing effective business strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Preparing persuasive proposals, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating contracts with professionalism and confidence.
- Understanding our suite of products and services to present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Actively identifying and evaluating potential leads through online research and networking efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BCA/MCA and an MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A strategic thinker who can prioritize, delegate, and execute effectively to drive results.
- Prior experience in the IT industry, with a good grasp of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- A target-oriented mindset with a proactive, professional approach.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership skills to inspire and guide others towards shared goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like D365, Zoho , Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
