We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist who wants to build real sales skills — not just “handle DMs.”
This is a revenue role.

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Handling inbound leads (ads + organic)
• Qualifying properly (no time-wasters on calendar)
• Pre-framing investment before calls
• Increasing show-up rates
• Pushing back on weak objections
• Following up aggressively but professionally
• Tracking daily metrics (booked / showed / closed)
You are not here to “fill the calendar.”
You are here to send us serious buyers only.
💰 Compensation Structure
Base: ₹20,000–30,000 +
- Incentive per show-up
- Incentive per closed deal
If calls show and close → you earn well.
If they don’t → you don’t.
This is performance-driven.
