Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing partnerships with higher education institutions, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Specialist will work to support the organization's mission of connecting ambitious learners with educational opportunities that accelerate their careers.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify market trends
- Proficiency in communication and relationship-building
- Experience in lead generation and creating new business opportunities
- Competence in market research to identify and assess opportunities
- Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the EdTech domain or higher education industry is a plus
