Haldiram's is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail and restaurant expansion across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

The role focuses on identifying high-potential store locations, conducting profitability analysis, negotiating leases, and leading new store openings for both company-owned and franchise outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new retail & restaurant locations for expansion
• Conduct market research, footfall analysis, and location feasibility studies
• Perform store profitability analysis (sales projection, ROI, break-even)
• Lead end-to-end new store opening process including lease negotiations
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and store design teams
• Build relationships with mall developers, brokers, and property consultants

Experience Required

• 5–10 years experience in QSR / Retail Expansion / Restaurant Business Development
• Experience in store location identification and retail leasing
• Strong understanding of market analysis and store profitability

Preferred Background

Experience in QSR, Restaurant Chains, Retail Food Brands, or FMCG Retail Expansion.
