Haldiram's is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail and restaurant expansion across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
The role focuses on identifying high-potential store locations, conducting profitability analysis, negotiating leases, and leading new store openings for both company-owned and franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate new retail & restaurant locations for expansion
- Conduct market research, footfall analysis, and location feasibility studies
- Perform store profitability analysis (sales projection, ROI, break-even)
- Lead end-to-end new store opening process including lease negotiations
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and store design teams
- Build relationships with mall developers, brokers, and property consultants
Experience Required- 5–10 years experience in QSR / Retail Expansion / Restaurant Business Development
- Experience in store location identification and retail leasing
- Strong understanding of market analysis and store profitability
Preferred BackgroundExperience in QSR, Restaurant Chains, Retail Food Brands, or FMCG Retail Expansion.
