Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with at least 2 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting staffing and recruitment solutions to SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the SME segment for recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable staffing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and closures to maximize conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales/business development experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with SME clients in the staffing domain.
