What We Are Looking For
- Candidates with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in IT or design services.
- Experience in engaging with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers during the sales process.
- Professionals who are comfortable handling consultative selling and solution-based discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Lead inside sales initiatives including cold calling, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders.
- Build, qualify, and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and position relevant solutions.
- Sell design and IT services, including website design, product design, branding, and digital transformation solutions.
- Lead solution presentations, proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transitions and long-term client relationships.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Services or Design Services sales.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation, qualification, proposal discussions, and closure.
- Strong experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
- Demonstrated ability to independently close high-value service deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for domestic and international client interactions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
