Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to align with business goals. Responsibilities include market research, pitching services to prospective clients, driving revenue growth, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to inform business strategies. You will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet their objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and professional networking
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital collaboration tools preferred
- Familiarity with digital media, branded content, and influencer marketing is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or marketing industry is advantageous
