The Role
As a Business Development Specialist, your job is to turn genuine interest into lasting partnerships. You will be working with companies and clients who are exploring travel, understanding what they actually need, and guiding them toward a decision with confidence and clarity. This is not about pitching. It is about connecting with people, reading what matters to them, and making sure they feel certain they are in the right hands.
What You Bring
You are someone who naturally understands people. You listen more than you talk, and when you do speak, it counts. You can hold a conversation with a corporate travel manager planning a premium retreat and shift gears just as comfortably when speaking with someone planning an adventure trip on a budget. You do not need a script because you understand people well enough to not need one. You think on your feet, take ownership of your outcomes, and find real satisfaction in moving things forward.
