Closing Associate | Business Development
Remote | Full-Time | 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekly Off: Tuesday
Every morning, you start with a pipeline that is already active.
This is not a cold calling role. You will not be chasing uninterested prospects or trying to force conversations that were never meant to happen.
At New Money Matrix, leads come in warm, pre-qualified, and ready to speak. These are people who have already attended a live session, understood the offer, and shown genuine interest.
That changes the nature of the job completely.
Your role is not to create interest from nothing. Your role is to step into an active conversation, build confidence, handle objections with clarity, and close.
For the right person, that creates a serious opportunity. If you are a strong closer who has been stuck with weak lead quality, poor follow-up systems, or an offer that does not convert, this role gives you something different. The lead volume is strong, the interest is real, and the room to perform is there.
If you know how to work with pace, manage momentum, and close consistently, this may be the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE CLOSINGYou will be speaking with people who already know who we are and why they came in. They have watched Rudy live, paid attention to the message, and entered the pipeline with intent. Because of that, your job is not to overexplain or oversell. It is to understand where the prospect stands, guide the conversation properly, and move the deal forward with confidence.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES- Warm, webinar-generated leads entering your pipeline daily
- Leading sales conversations from qualification through closing
- Handling objections with sound judgment and clear communication
- Following up with consistency, timing, and purpose
- Maintaining an accurate and updated pipeline at all times
- Meeting sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who has real closing experience. You should be comfortable handling serious sales conversations, thinking clearly under pressure, and responding well when objections come up. Strong closers do not lose control of the call. They know how to guide it, when to push, and when to step back.
Just as importantly, you need to be disciplined. A strong pipeline means very little without proper follow-through. This role requires someone who stays organized, keeps records updated, and treats each opportunity with the attention it deserves.
You should also be comfortable working independently. This is a remote role, so personal accountability matters. We are strongly prioritizing immediate joiners.
COMPENSATIONBase Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay
With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.
