About the Role
We are hiring a high-impact, execution-focused Business Development Executive who can build a pipeline using AI-powered sales workflows, not just manual outreach.
This role supports two high-growth technology businesses:
1. AI-Powered Digital Asset Intelligence Platform
A next-generation platform that transforms how enterprises manage and activate digital content. Our solution enables:
- 90%+ faster asset discovery
- 30+ hours/week saved through AI automation
- Intelligent metadata extraction, search, and workflow automation
- Deep integrations with Adobe, Microsoft 365, and enterprise ecosystems
2. Enterprise IT & Digital Transformation (Washington, D.C.)
A long-established, Tier-1 Microsoft Cloud partner supporting:
- Federal agencies, DoD, and Fortune 500 companies
- Azure infrastructure, AI readiness, and cybersecurity
- Large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Role Overview
This is not a traditional SDR/BD role.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Design and execute AI-driven outbound systems
- Automate research, targeting, and personalization at scale
- Build a repeatable, data-driven pipeline engine
- Engage confidently with enterprise and government buyers
You will own the top and mid-funnel—from prospecting to qualified opportunity handoff.
Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Pipeline Generation
- Build automated outbound engines using tools like:
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
- Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist
- Clay, Zapier, Make
- Create multi-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Personalize outreach at scale using AI + structured data
2. Automated Prospect Research & ICP Targeting
- Use AI models to:
- Analyze target accounts and industries
- Identify buying signals and intent data
- Generate highly tailored messaging
- Segment ICPs across:
- Media & Entertainment
- Government & Federal
- Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Fintech & Enterprise IT
3. Inbound & Discovery
- Qualify inbound leads with speed and precision
- Run structured discovery calls (BANT / MEDDICC aligned)
- Translate business challenges into clear value propositions
4. DAM & AI SaaS Positioning
- Demonstrate strong understanding of:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystems
- Metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle
- Competitors (Bynder, Canto, Brandfolder, Widen, Cloudinary)
- Position AI as a productivity and intelligence layer, not just a feature
5. Presentations & Deal Support
- Build high-quality, tailored pitch decks
- Support solution positioning across industries
- Collaborate with product and leadership for strategic deals
6. CRM & Revenue Operations
- Own pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM
- Build dashboards (Excel / HubSpot reporting)
- Monitor:
- Conversion rates
- Deal velocity
- Pipeline coverage
- Forecast accuracy
7. AI Workflow Design (Critical Requirement)
You are expected to build systems—not just send messages:
- Create reusable AI prompts and playbooks
- Automate:
- Lead enrichment
- Email drafting
- Follow-ups
- Meeting prep
- CRM updates
- Continuously optimize outreach performance using data
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, IT services, or enterprise sales
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
- Proven ability to generate a pipeline through outbound
- Strong communication skills for U.S. enterprise buyers
- Experience selling into:
- Enterprise / Mid-market
- Government or regulated industries (preferred)
AI & Automation Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must demonstrate the ability to:
- Use AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for:
- Outreach personalization
- Prospect research
- Sales content generation
- Build automated outbound workflows using:
- Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Run high-volume, high-quality campaigns with minimal manual work
- Continuously refine prompts, sequences, and targeting strategies
