Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, analyzing trends and opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand business. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals are integral aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and collaborating with internal teams
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Proven Customer Service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
