We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our team and help scale our presence across markets.

Role: Business Development Specialist
Experience: 2-3 years (mandatory)
Location: Delhi (with market travel)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive on-ground sales execution across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HoReCa channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product placement, visibility, and availability
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and retailer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, activations, and promotional activities
- Track and follow up on payments and receivables
- Maintain structured records of sales, visits, and market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or FMCG
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach with willingness to work in the field
- Basic understanding of distribution networks and retail ecosystems
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets; CRM knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
