Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Business Development Specialist at factoHR. The Business Development Specialist will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and generate leads to expand the company's customer base. They will create, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to understand client requirements and share feedback for product improvements will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and manage client relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate sales data effectively
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or a related industry is an advantage
