Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships.
You will work closely with sales and product teams to convert opportunities into revenue, support customer onboarding, and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles (preferably in SaaS, startups, or B2B environments)
- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and deal conversion
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, identify opportunities, and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → closing → onboarding) is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Familiarity with SaaS or the fashion ecosystem is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
