📌 Position: Sales & Business Development
📍 Location: Mumbai (BKC)
🎓 Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
💼 Experience: 2 – 6 Years
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔️ Candidates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges preferred
✔️ Strong communication, networking & relationship management skills
✔️ Experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or financial services sales
✔️ Exposure to capital markets, financial services, fintech, banking, custody, or trustee services preferred
✔️ Strong presentation, negotiation & target achievement skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities through market outreach and networking
• Build strong client and partner relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding & servicing
• Prepare presentations, proposals, MIS reports & pitch decks
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis & lead generation
• Support branding and marketing initiatives
• Participate in client meetings and industry networking events
• Maintain sales pipeline and conversion tracking
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong sales strategy and market development understanding
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & CRM tools
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Ownership mindset with result-oriented approach
