Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site in Kochi. The Business Development Specialist will focus on lead generation, identifying business opportunities, and conducting market research to drive growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing customer support, and strategizing to expand the company’s reach and influence in the education sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business opportunities and performance
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build meaningful client relationships
- Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven ability to work independently and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
