Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Thane, Maharashtra. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and assisting with strategic business initiatives. A focus on maintaining high customer service standards while helping expand Envirocare Labs' portfolio is key to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating business strategies
- Effective Communication skills to build relationships with clients, present ideas clearly, and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business prospects and areas for expansion
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to team goals
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
