Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research to identify potential clients, building relationships with stakeholders, developing proposals, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams to align client needs with organizational goals and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate data, and develop strategies
- Proven lead generation and market research experience to identify potential business opportunities
- Effective communication and customer service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
- Knowledge of the skill development or education sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
