Our client, an iconic name in the luxury space, is looking for a high-impact Business Development Specialist to scale their brand footprint across Delhi-NCR. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the luxury segment across Delhi and surrounding regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with a discerning clientele (HNIs/UHNIs), ensuring a bespoke and seamless brand experience.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Scout and execute strategic tie-ups with luxury concierge services, high-end real estate developers, private clubs, and premium lifestyle brands.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and high-touch presentations to negotiation and final closing.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at exclusive events, social gatherings, and corporate summits, maintaining the highest standards of grooming and professional conduct.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor luxury market trends and competitor activities in Delhi to provide actionable insights for product positioning and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the luxury sector (e.g., Luxury Automobiles, High-End Real Estate, Premium Hospitality, Fine Jewellery, or Fashion).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to converse with influence and poise.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering excellence and "white-glove" service.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Luxury Brand Management is preferred.
