Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in New Delhi. The Academic Advisor will assist students with educational planning, providing guidance on program selection and career pathways. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering career advice, and collaborating with institutions to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed. The role requires effective communication and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of education trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling ( UG & PG Courses) and Career Counselling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students
- Familiarity with online and traditional academic programs in India
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Motivation to contribute to students' academic and professional success
