Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication
channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6 months –2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills may apply.
