The opportunity
We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative to drive revenue and grow client relationships for our cybersecurity training, advisory, and awareness services. This is a target-driven role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and converting opportunities into engagements. High performers will have clear progression into senior sales or account roles.
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls as your primary activity: cold outreach, follow-ups, and qualification calls.
- Handle inbound calls and LinkedIn responses; convert conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Run discovery conversations with prospects to understand needs and present relevant solutions.
- Maintain an active pipeline in our CRM and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Represent CyberFrat at client meetings and occasional industry events.
What we expect
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales; experience selling technology, services, or training is a plus.
- Strong calling skills and a proven comfort with high-volume outbound outreach.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, self-starter mindset; used to working with targets and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
