Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with 1+ year of experience to support outbound lead generation, client outreach, and business operations for AI data and talent-related opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify outbound leads.
- Reach out to potential clients/partners through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Support business development operations and maintain lead trackers.
- Identify companies working in AI data, AI training, and talent platforms like Mercor, Micro1, Turing, etc.
- Coordinate internally to move leads through the pipeline.
- Maintain clean records of outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Good understanding of outbound outreach and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of AI data companies, AI platforms, or talent marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with tools/trackers.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with AI labs, AI platforms, AI tools, or AI deployment workflows.
