Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation initiatives. The Specialist will work on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored IT and digital solutions. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, client needs, and data to drive business growth strategies.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Customer Service expertise and a proactive approach to nurturing positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with the IT services or technology sector is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
