Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2C Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including 110+ calls per week
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Build strong customer relationships through effective discovery calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Present Cloudhire’s value proposition and handle objections confidently
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or ed-tech
- Experience selling packages in the range of ₹8,000–₹10,000 is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
