Role: Business Development Associate
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
• Explain training programs, career opportunities, and course benefits
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Understand candidate requirements and provide proper guidance
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team growth
• Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Sales, Counseling, and Business Development
• Basic understanding of customer handling and lead conversion
• Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
Freshers – ₹18,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
