Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for café expansion and growth
- Conduct market research, location scouting, and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property consultants, and business partners
- Support café onboarding, commercial negotiations, and documentation processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store launches
- Monitor market trends and contribute to business growth strategies
- Ensure achievement of business development targets and timelines
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development within café/QSR/F&B/hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of local markets and commercial properties
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
