Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in lead generation to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include client outreach, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, and delivering excellent customer service to meet their business needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored solutions to clients.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business prospects
- Customer Service skills to provide tailored solutions and maintain client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Previous experience in business development or marketing is a plus
