About Role :
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist who will be solely responsible for generating high-quality leads for our commercial vertical across multiple asset classes, including co-working spaces, co-living, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy and execution for the commercial [B2B] vertical
- Identify and target potential clients across asset classes: Co-working operators, Co-living brands, Schools and educational institutions, Hospitals and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B leads
- Conduct market research and data mining to identify new business opportunities
- Industry events and networking
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and readiness
- Collaborate with sales/business development teams for smooth lead handover
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies for better conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development
- Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or enterprise sales is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of different commercial asset classes (co-working, co-living, schools, hospitals, etc.)
- Proven ability to generate leads through digital and offline channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
