Blupeak Advisory is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our Commercial Real Estate team.
We are looking for professionals with 5–7 years of experience who have worked with leading real estate advisory firms and have a strong understanding of corporate leasing, commercial sales, and institutional clients.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience at firms such as:
* JLL
* CBRE
* Cushman & Wakefield
* Knight Frank
* Colliers
* Savills
* ANAROCK
* Avison Young
will be given preference.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
* Strong exposure to Corporate Office Leasing, Commercial Sales, and Business Development.
* Experience working with MNCs, corporate occupiers, developers, investors, and landlords.
* Ability to independently manage the complete transaction cycle, from business development to deal closure.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Professional communication and a thorough understanding of corporate work culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive commercial leasing and investment sales across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and GIFT City.
* Develop new corporate relationships and generate business opportunities.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, channel partners, and investors.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure complete CRM discipline, including timely updates, follow-ups, reporting, and pipeline management.
* Work closely with leadership to achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
