Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This role requires a proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with clients and financial institutions while contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and opportunity identification.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to thrive in on-site settings and collaborate with teammates effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, business development, or related fields is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset.
