Hiring for Business Development Specialist – B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with outreach to join our team for a B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting role.
If you have experience in IT services, digital/creative agencies, design studios, or advertising companies, this role will be a great fit for you.
What you will be doing:- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
- Generate quality leads and set up meetings/appointments for the sales team
- Understand client requirements and do initial qualification
- Do regular follow-ups and maintain lead data in CRM
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of leads
