Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive (Fresher Level) will support Avtar’s growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, assisting in client engagement, and supporting sales initiatives across Avtar’s recruitment and non-recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in consultative sales, HR solutions, and workplace culture consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential organizations and decision-makers (HR, TA, L&D, DEI)
- Generate leads through research, cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms
- Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems
Sales Support & Client Engagement
- Support senior team members in pitching Avtar’s solutions including:
- Recruitment & inclusive hiring solutions
- Workplace culture & DEI consulting
- Training, capability building & certification programs
- Research, conferences, and digital platforms like myAvtar.com
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
