Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities of this position include identifying and generating leads, researching market trends and opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service towards implementation of solution. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to help drive business strategies and achieve organizational growth targets and work alongside distributors/channel partners to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and business strategy development
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle challenges
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with 1/2 years of experience in India will be very relevant, basic knowledge and skillsets IT and AI will be a value add.
