Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Agra. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and support revenue growth for Archer Technology Advisors. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role involves regular communication with prospective and existing clients, scheduling and attending meetings, delivering presentations, and providing timely follow-ups. The specialist will track activities and opportunities in the CRM system, analyze performance metrics, and contribute ideas to improve business development processes and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess markets, interpret data, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage prospects, deliver clear presentations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and qualifying opportunities.
- Experience with Market Research to understand customer segments, competitors, and industry dynamics.
- Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, address inquiries, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in business development or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; comfort working with spreadsheets and online productivity tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology consulting or IT services sales is preferred but not required.
