Role: EOR Client Sourcing Specialist (Global Lead Generation – Remote)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven EOR Client Sourcing Specialist to help us connect with global employers interested in hiring talent in India through:
- Employer of Record (EOR)
- Offshore Development Center (ODC)
- Contractual / Remote Hiring Models
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and generate qualified business leads from international companies looking to expand their workforce in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify global companies hiring or planning to hire in India
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and outreach tools
- Reach out to decision-makers (HR, Founders, Talent Heads)
- Pitch EOR / ODC / Contractual hiring solutions
- Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track outreach efforts
Target Market
- USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC companies
- Startups, SMEs, and enterprises expanding remote/global teams
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation / business development
- Understanding of EOR / global hiring / staffing models (preferred)
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, or CRM systems
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
