Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development and Customer Service professional. The role involves managing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and supporting the sales team with effective communication and collaboration to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills and customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive Customer Service relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in event management, marketing, or sales is an advantage
- Brownie points if you have on-field event production knowledge
