About the Role
Agrawal Tech Pro is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead conversion, client communication, CRM management, and sales, preferably within the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and qualify potential leads
- Convert leads through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Update, track, and manage lead information through CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and lead conversion
- Strong ability to hold professional business conversations with clients
- Hands-on experience working with CRM tools
- Prior experience in EV (Electric Vehicle) sales will be preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
