Role Description: The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and cultivating new client relationships, with a particular emphasis on consulting firms, research organizations, and corporate clients. This full-time remote role includes prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and managing outreach campaigns via email, phone, and virtual meetings. The specialist will conduct market research to understand client needs, present Agilityhive Research’s expert network solutions, and support the development of tailored proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements with available experts, and contributing to revenue growth through consistent follow-up and relationship management. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and providing feedback to improve service offerings and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within professional services, consulting, or research-focused organizations.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth targets and contribute to team-based goals.
- Should have atleast 1 year experience in expert network industry
