Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team full-time in a remote role.
Your primary focus will be to drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and closing deals.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands the digital marketing space and can confidently communicate value-driven solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers and understand their marketing needs
- Pitch AdsLectic’s services and convert prospects into clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client requirements
- Maintain CRM and track all sales activities and progress
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing/agency)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (performance marketing, SEO, social media, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Ability to build relationships and close deals independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Salary and Work Setup
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month + performance-based incentives
- Work Type: Fully Remote
- Employment: Full-Time
