Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, and building strong relationships with clients and educational institutions. The role also involves communicating effectively with prospective students and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Customer service skills focused on understanding and addressing client needs
- Experience in education consultancy or similar roles is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
