Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Specialist will handle lead generation, market research, and identify growth opportunities within the education sector. Responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to students and their families, and contributing to student engagement initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to drive organizational growth and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentations and client engagement
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in business development or a related role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
