Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and managing client relationships to ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include nurturing partnerships with stakeholders, developing effective strategies to promote ACHIVIA’s services, and supporting organizational initiatives that drive student enrollment and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, essential for engaging with prospective clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure new opportunities
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive approach, collaborative spirit, and ability to work in an on-site team in Bhubaneswar
- Familiarity with the education sector or student consultancy services is a plus
- Bachelor’s Or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
