Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bangalore Urban. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, managing client communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The intern will work closely with the business development team to support strategic growth initiatives and identify new opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and possessing strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with leads, clients, and internal teams
- Experience or interest in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify business opportunities
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to manage relationships and address client inquiries effectively
- Enthusiasm for understanding business development strategies and contributing to growth objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively in a team setting
